Twenty two years ago, before it was even popular like it is today, I used an antique piece of furniture, cut a hole in the top, dropped in a scalloped porcelain sink , and transformed it into a working sink/vanity in my downstairs bathroom. And, the oak furniture piece cost only $165.00. Yes, I had to retrofit the drawers so they could still be used, but the end result is well worth my efforts. The style of the furniture is curved in front with a harp on the back for hanging towels, like an old fashioned wash sink to match my victorian bath. But you can use any other style to fit your decor.
I refinished the vanity with Minwax Antique Oil Rub. The oil absorbs into the wood and is waterproof. You may be tempted to finish the wood with polyurethane and although it is waterproof, it will eventually end up getting scratched and begin to lift which will result in more maintenance that you may want to dedicate to the vanity. Whereas the oil soaks into the wood, not coating the surface like the poly. And the finish is hand rubbed, leaving a wonderful patina look to the wood.
May I suggest that you skip the bathroom showrooms and go directly to the flea markets, consignment shops, antique shops and the like?
You may be surprised what you can find if you have the time to shop, because if you have more time than money, you are sure to find something that will work for your application.
This may not be the answer you were looking for, however, please at least consider the possibilities.

For the first one:
1) Apply the toothpaste and start with the front teeth, then move towards the back. After that, open your mandible and brush the crowns of your teeth, and the back. You may want to also brush your tongue.
2) If you have any mouthwash, fill it up (doesn't need to be all the way) and swish it in your mouth for at least 30 seconds. Although I wouldn't go longer than a minute because I tried mouthwash for two minutes in my mouth and ended up causing a little bleeding (although may have been something with my mouth already).
Cleansing your face-
Turn on the facet and get some warm water on. This will open your pores. Try applying a little soap and then switch to cold water. Splash your face with the cold water and it will close up your pores.
Then get a towel and dry your face (if you wish to).
Changing your clothes-
Well this is all dependent on your own choice. I generally start with my underwear, then pants, then a shirt, then socks & shoes.
This should all take about less than to five minutes (or at least it is with me, less I'm scavenging for clean clothing).

The purpose of PCV systems is to scavange oil vapors to burn them. Conventional oils give off an excess amount of it. Engines today are made to extraordinary specifications, and ring blow-by is virtually non-existent. Neglected or very sludgy engines, of course, give off the most pollution. Most engines from American and Asian feature a PCV valve, that can easily be removed and cleaned or replaced. European engines usually have counter-balancing hoses, that change direction under accel or decel. These tyoe of engines do very poorly without synthetic oil in them. Volvo has a special "oil trap" that reuires replacing every 60-100,000 miles. Any bt-products of combustion are usually gathered up and burned through the throttle body or air intake plenum. If your Saturn has a V6 engine, then it is probably based upon the Saab/Opel 3.0 liter V6. READ your manual about the crankcase ventilation system!!! Saturn 4 cylinder usually have PCV valves right on the valve cover.
