I try to think of unique ones that fit with the first name. For example, if i chosen the name Henry or something, I would randomly pick ANY last name…. lets use Katifer for right now… then I put it together… Henry Katifer, and if i think it is unique and I like the way it sounds together, then that would be my choice.

Fitness will depend on your lifestyle. You need to stay active at every age. Look at what your requirements are for your age group and chose activities that you enjoy.
My best tip would be to stay open to suggestions, be honest with yourself when it comes to diet. Listen to your body when you're full. Overeating is the most common mistake for weight gain. Visit your local library and get your hands on every book you can regarding nutrition. This is such a wide and varied area to address as every-one is different with regards to needs in the diet.
